§ Teachers working in language schools.

§ Teachers aiming to work in language schools.

Course per- requisites:

· Language proficiency of 70%

· Pass placement test (Oral / Written)

· Pass conversion for teachers of language school.

Course Description:

This course is designed for teachers who work in language schools , or aiming to work in language schools to help them develop teaching methodologies application and acquire workplace needed skills.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course teachers should be able to:

1. Develop and conduct advanced C / R management techniques.

2. Develop and deliver a full lesson plan.

3. Understand different character styles and their influence on the learning environment.

4. Design, develop and apply assessment techniques.

5. Understand key factors in culture of their workplace.

6. Conduct self SWOT analysis.

7. Prepare and Write their C.V.

8. Design and deliver a demo lesson
