Experienced teachers teaching in language school and aiming to a training career or a supervisory post.

Pre- requisites:

· Language proficiency of 85%.

· Passing placement test (Written and Oral).

· Sufficient teaching experience.

· Familiarity with various teaching skills and Methodologies.

Course Description:

This Course for highly, qualified experienced teachers to help them excel their skills through upgrading their various competencies such competencies would include thinking skills and leadership ones.

Course Objectives:

By the end of the course teachers should be able to:

1. Understand, Practice and apply critical thinking education related skills.

2. Understand, Analyze, Modify and Practice core competencies.

3. Design and deliver rubrics.

4. Understand, Apply, Personalize and Teach time management skills.

5. Acquire and Practice (role play) leadership and supervisory skills.

6. Understand various character styles, practice recognizing each style and its impact on the workplace.

7. Understand Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

8. Dealing with extreme character styles (Difficult people).

9. Introduction to Montessori.
