Dr. Yehia Abdel-Hamid Ibrahim is currently a professor at Assiut University, Assiut, Egypt.  In addition to postgraduate degrees in self and organizational management, and a widespread research in Arab organizations, Dr. Ibrahim is internationally accredited expert in several biochemical, toxicological and psychological disciplines and approaches including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Personality Types, especially MBTI and the Enneagram.  Following obtaining his Ph.D. degree, he was certified Harvard IEM Diploma in Organizational Management.  Professor Ibrahim worked with many U.S. universities (Cornell University, UC-Davis, Ohio Wesleyn University, North Carolina State University, Harvard University and Louisiana State University) as a Visiting, Adjunct or Distinguished Professor.  He is a two-time winner of the National Academy of Science and Technology Prize, a receiver of many medals and a subject of national and international records.  He is a biographee of Who’s Who in California Historical Society and a member of many international organization including the Edward de Bono Society. 

 

Dr. Ibrahim has served as an external examiner for trainers to test for their eligibility to become members of the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT).  He is currently a Certified Trainer (CT) and HRD Consultant accredited by the same board.

 

Dr. Ibrahim is now considered one of the most famous Arab experts in many interdisciplinary fields including Human Resources Development, Leadership, Management, Personality Types (MBTI and Enneagram), Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Meta NLP, Personality Composite Hypnosis, Self-Hypnosis, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Team Dynamics, Self and Organizational Development, School Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, and Corporate Culture.  He has provided a number of professional guides in these fields, and regularly contributes prestigious articles to leading training journals and websites.  He has published many books and more than 200 articles in scientific journals, reputable newspapers and newsletters.  He is also an active reviewer of many up-to-date books in the fields of NLP, Intelligence, Thinking, Personality and Stress Psychology and Management.  He owns the largest library of Arabic questionnaires, tools and inventories for personal and organizational assessment.  Through his work as a Director of Assiut University Center for Futuristic Studies, as a Director of Assiut Governorate Center for Managing Development, as an Advisor to Assiut University President and to Assiut Governor, and as a Department Head in one of the largest and most reputable universities in Egypt, he has strengthened his managerial and leadership knowledge, skills, and attitude.  As a certified trainer, Dr. Ibrahim has participated in training hundreds of Egyptian University Professors and Leaders on regular, supplementary and certified TOT training programs.   

 

In addition to being a Professional and Internationally (International Council for Self-Esteem & International Board of Certified Trainers) Certified Trainer and HRD Consultant, Dr. Ibrahim is a regular speaker at conferences and leadership seminars throughout the Arab world.  Also is a regular invited speaker to TV talk-shows about self-management and development.  In particular, he frequently appears in Abu Dhabi TV.  In so doing, he shares some of his own theories in personality types, corporate psychology, and team dynamics.  During his long-term activity as a public speaker and certified trainer, Dr. Ibrahim has designed, developed, structured and animated many subjects (lectures, seminars, workshops and training programs) in a multitude of personal and organizational disciplines.  These subjects include the following:
